in Toowoomba, Queensland. Please read our shipping policy so
you know exactly what to expect after placing your order.

PROCESSING & PRODUCTION TIME
Because everything we make is personalised and printed to order,
please allow time for production before your item is shipped.
- Standard production time: 3–5 business days
- During busy periods (Christmas, Mother's Day, etc.) production
times may be extended — we will note this on our website and
social media pages when applicable
You will receive an email notification with your tracking
information once your order has been dispatched.

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
We ship all orders via Australia Post from Toowoomba, QLD.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Queensland (metro & regional): 2–5 business days
- New South Wales, Victoria, ACT: 3–6 business days
- South Australia, Western Australia, Tasmania, NT: 5–10
business days
Please note these are Australia Post estimates and are not
guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to weather,
public holidays, or high postal volumes — particularly around
Christmas.

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping — calculated at checkout based on
weight and destination
- Express Shipping — calculated at checkout via
Australia Post Express
Free shipping may be available on orders over a certain value
— check our website for any current promotions.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
All orders are sent with tracking. Once your order is
dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email
containing your Australia Post tracking number. You can
track your parcel at:
auspost.com.au/track
If you have not received a dispatch email within 6 business
days of placing your order, please check your junk/spam folder
first, then contact us at support@darlingdownsdecor.com.au

DELIVERY ADDRESS
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time
of checkout. Darling Downs Decor is not responsible for
orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the
customer.
If you notice an error in your address after placing your
order, contact us immediately at
support@darlingdownsdecor.com.au and we will do our best
to update it before dispatch.

PARCEL NOT RECEIVED
If your tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you
have not received it, please:
1. Check around your property and with neighbours
2. Check if Australia Post has left a collection card
3. Contact your local Australia Post outlet
4. If still unresolved, email us at
support@darlingdownsdecor.com.au and we will
investigate with Australia Post on your behalf
Please note that once a parcel is marked as delivered by
Australia Post, Darling Downs Decor is unable to take
responsibility for parcels that have gone missing
post-delivery. We recommend selecting a delivery address
where someone will be available to receive the parcel,
or nominating a safe drop location via the Australia Post
app.

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE
By default, Australia Post may leave your parcel in a safe
location if no one is home. If you would prefer your parcel
requires a signature on delivery, please note this at
checkout or contact us before your order is dispatched.

CHRISTMAS & PEAK PERIOD ORDERS
We love helping you find the perfect gift, but please plan
ahead during peak periods. We recommend ordering by early
December to allow for production and delivery in time for
Christmas. Cut-off dates will be posted on our website and
Facebook page closer to the holiday season.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this stage, Darling Downs Decor ships within Australia
only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future
