2. PRODUCTS & PERSONALISATION
All products sold by Darling Downs Decor are made to order
and personalised to your specifications. As a result:
- Product images shown on our website are representative
samples — your finished item may vary slightly in colour
or finish due to the nature of 3D printing and screen
colour differences
- It is your responsibility to ensure all personalisation
details (names, spellings, colour choices) are correct
at the time of ordering
- We are not responsible for errors in personalisation
details submitted by the customer
- Minor variations in print quality, layer lines, or
colour tone are inherent characteristics of 3D printed
products and do not constitute a defect

3. PRICING & PAYMENT
- All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and
include GST where applicable
- We reserve the right to change pricing at any time
without notice, however changes will not affect orders
that have already been placed and confirmed
- Payment is required in full at the time of purchase
- We accept payment via the methods available at checkout,
which may include credit/debit card, PayPal, and other
Shopify-supported payment providers
- All transactions are processed securely — we do not
store your payment details

4. ORDER CONFIRMATION
After placing your order you will receive an automated
confirmation email. This email confirms we have received
your order — it does not constitute our acceptance of
your order.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at
our discretion, including in cases where:
- A product is unavailable or unable to be produced
to the required standard
- There is an error in pricing or product description
- We suspect fraudulent activity
If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund
to your original payment method.

5. PRODUCTION & DISPATCH
- All items are made to order with a standard production
time of 3–5 business days
- Production times may be extended during peak periods
such as Christmas — we will communicate any delays
via our website and social media
- Once dispatched, delivery timeframes are estimated
and managed by Australia Post — we are not responsible
for postal delays outside of our control

6. CANCELLATIONS
Due to the personalised and made-to-order nature of our
products, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours
of placing your order and before production has begun.
To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at
support@darlingdownsdecor.com.au with your order number.
Once production has commenced, we are unable to accept
cancellations.

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of
mind on personalised, made-to-order items.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect,

details on how we will resolve the issue.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our website including text, images, logos,
graphics, and product designs is the property of Darling
Downs Decor or its respective owners and is protected by
Australian copyright law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any

express written permission.
Some product designs are sourced from MakerWorld
(makerworld.com/en) under their respective licensing
terms. We respect the intellectual property of all
designers whose work we use.

- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or

- Delays or failures caused by circumstances outside
our control, including postal delays, natural disasters,
or technical outages
Our liability is limited to the value of the order in
question. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you

replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation
